By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:

You are accessing our site from the United Kingdom.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are displayed in British Pounds (£). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
If the goods you receive are faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at dellowsemp@gmail.com to arrange a return.
