Refund and Returns

At Dellows Interiors, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Returning Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us at dellowsemp@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the goods to arrange a return. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or misdescribed goods.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom or personalised items;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
